Excelsior Engineering Services provided
Inspection services as a sub-consultant for the construction of complex Pedestrian ramps in Queens NY. This project includes the survey to identify potential complex ramps, prepare the scope of work and sketches for design. We must state clearly in each corner what should be moved to build the ramps; such as utilities, the abandon catch basin and place new ones; to move fire hydrant, abandon and place new manholes and to move fire alarm boxes. Also a task order is submitted to contractor with the scope well defined.
Excelsior Engineering staff also coordinated with community board districts, NYCDDC Quality Assurance and the NYCDOT Sidewalk management unit to ensure the successful completion of the project.
